Partnership will boost businesses in both Bronx and Bangladesh

 

December 24, 2022 — The Bronx Chamber of Commerce, the borough’s oldest business association, and the US–Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry (USBCCI), an organization designed to enhance prosperity for Bangladeshi and American businesses both here and in Bangladesh, announced that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at promoting trade and business cooperation between businesses in Bronx and the South Asian country.

 

“Bronx is the most diverse community in the world. Not only does our borough boost an unprecedented number of businesses owned by immigrants, but companies from around the world have customers in every Bronx neighborhood,” said Lisa Sorin, President and CEO of the Bronx Chamber of Commerce. “We are excited to begin this partnership with the US–Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry, which we are confident will be beneficial to members of both of our organizations and look forward to participating in the upcoming Event.”
