Queens, NY – March 6, 2024 – The US Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (USBCCI) proudly presents the inaugural USBCCI Real Estate Expo 2024. Presented by Mortgage Depot Team Bailey, this premier event will take place at the LaGuardia Airport Marriott on Saturday, May 18, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
USBCCI recently held a press conference in Jamaica Queens to outline the expo’s features and to introduce the presenting sponsor, alongside other significant contributors. “It’s a privilege to spearhead the USBCCI Real Estate Expo, brought to you by Mortgage Depot – Team Bailey,” stated Ismail Ahmed, the event’s Chair. He continued, “Our mission is to create opportunities that foster diversity and unite different communities through commerce and shared knowledge. I believe this one-of-a-kind expo will bring tremendous opportunity for communities to collaborate and grow. “
Tariq Bailey, the head of Mortgage Depot Team Bailey and the event’s presenting sponsor, shared his enthusiasm for the initiative. “It’s about giving back. The solidarity from the local and particularly the Bangladeshi community was crucial in building my mortgage brokerage business. As an immigrant, I believe in lifting each other up through education and mutual support, and this event is the perfect platform to do that” he asserted.
Board Director of USBCCI and notable CPA from the Bronx, Ahad Ali, expressed his gratitude for the overwhelming backing from a spectrum of distinguished companies, stating, “The array of sponsors from various sectors including lending, banking, tech, legal, insurance, and architecture signifies the vast interest and readiness to engage at this event.”
The expo will host five informative panel sessions on pertinent topics such as market trends and home-buying tactics. These sessions aim to enrich participants with practical advice and perspectives beneficial to consumers, investors, and real estate professionals alike.
